How to Buy Process
Modular Roofs - Supply Only / Supply & Fit1. Choose your style and size from our modular range.
2. Confirm your choice for either supply only or supply & fit.
3. Confirm your official order by fax, e-mail or post providing all site information and contact details with the required delivery date.
4. nU-build will then provide detailed drawings and confirmation of your order details.
5. Sign and return your confirmation to nU-build.
6. nU-build will next provide a laminated base plan for the site to work from, to build the base and walls. (nU-build will work with the site to make sure this is right until the site labour is confident and we all understand the process - building a team.)
7. nU-build will deliver the conservatory to site and install if required.
8. Once the conservatory is complete, the site manager will be asked to inspect and sign off a completion notice before our installers leave the site.

2. 70mm high quality reinforced window frames.
3. Security shoot bolt locking to all windows with hook bolts on doors.
4. Four top opening windows with white locking handles as standard.
5. 28mm toughened kite marked sealed units.
6. One set of outward opening French doors.
7. Compliance with the building regulations for NHBC warranty.
8. Conformance with current building practices - CDM.
9. Partnership with a 'SAFECONTRACTOR' who understands the way you work and the Health & Safety requirements on site.
